Above Expectations! My husband and I made an appointment to look at an SUV with Josh Edwards. Our 2 year old daughter was with us, so I did the test drive as my husband s My husband and I made an appointment to look at an SUV with Josh Edwards. Our 2 year old daughter was with us, so I did the test drive as my husband stayed behind with her. I was expecting to hear a sales pitch from this “typical” car salesman, but surprisingly I had a nice, personal conversation with someone who treated me like his sister. Coming from a family of mechanics myself, I knew he wasn’t making an attempt to take advantage of me. Josh answered my questions about the SUV and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase. When I decided to buy, he and the rest of the staff at Newton were open to my “haggling” and made adjustments to meet MY requests. Josh helped us move our belongings from our trade-in to the new SUV. We feel Josh went above and beyond- even helping entertain our 2 year old! From sales to finance, everyone we met was friendly and willing to go the extra mile! More
