Great Experience Stan was very nice and helped in everyway. I was very indecisive, but finally found a truck I wanted at another dealership. The only reasons we were there was 1) the ownership had changed since we last were there, and 2) they had the exact vehicle we had been searching and negotiating to get at 6 other dealerships. Both Josh and Kramer made sure we looked at the vehicles we wanted, not just the ones they wanted to sell. Poor Josh even ran out in torrential rain to bring a vehicle into the service area so we could inspect it without getting a drop on us. These two men negotiated with us, we believe, fairly and squarely. They seemed bound and determined to make sure we were not just happy, but delighted. And we are. Exceedingly so. They had never done anything wrong, but they went out of their way to make things right. Now, my husband beams, grinning ear to ear as he drives his new truck, one he has wanted for years. When it comes time for another vehicle, we will be back, for definite and for sure. More
