No pressure sales We went to see a specific model that we found online, but were slightly disappointed in the vehicle when we drove it. The salesman, Ken, worked with We went to see a specific model that we found online, but were slightly disappointed in the vehicle when we drove it. The salesman, Ken, worked with us to find out what we really wanted in a car. He then went through a thorough search for all available cars that met our criteria, and came up with a beautiful (albeit more expensive) one that we really liked. He told us the pros and cons of both the vehicle we came to see, and the model we were impressed with. He showed us documentation of inspections and/or repairs done, and the certified pre-owned reports. As I had been driving a Volvo station wagon for the past 15 years, this was a stressful experience that the salesman, because of his mild manner, helped to greatly reduce my anxiety. Also, my husband is quite familiar with the Service Department, and has always found them to be fast, efficient, and courteous. More
