Had airbag recall fixed and my appointment was fit into their schedule faster then i could have expected. Everyone i spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful and answered and any all questions I had re their schedule faster then i could have expected. Best Experience for a First Time Buyer! As a first time vehicle buyer, I was nervous about buying a car from any dealership. Now, the thing to know is I have had two family members previousl As a first time vehicle buyer, I was nervous about buying a car from any dealership. Now, the thing to know is I have had two family members previously buy under Brain, one of the now mangers, before. I spoke mostly to Brian Hosier about the vehicle that I believed was fit for me. We spoke about loans, what I needed to be prepared, sent extra information and a video for reassurance about all the features too! Then upon arrival, I was able to get my vehicle through Ken Smith. Ken is the man, the myth, as well as the legend. I got to test drive the vehicle of choice with him in the back seat so my mom could be with us too. During the test drive Ken explained the features to me. He sat down with us after and explained the process, waited with us til my car was ready, and even took the time out once my papers were signed to hook my phone to the radio. It was all around a pleasant first time buy for a vehicle! I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle here for an enjoyable experience. More
