Once they sold you a car, you are on your own Bought second hand 2018 Mustang. Was told a 172 point check had been done, everything worked perfectly. Soon realized windows did not work. Called branched, was told they "only check mechanical issues". Had to take it to different dealership to get fix, was in the shop for a week. Finally got tag and title in the mail. My name and surname was spelled incorrectly. Again called the dealership, was told they did it correctly, I have to get it corrected myself. No after sales service, buy somewhere else. More
