I had a horrible experience with Ford with my previous truck. It was hard to swallow. I didnt know if I would ever buy another Ford. Charles Higgins called me and talk to me. I gave in. I went and lo truck. It was hard to swallow. I didnt know if I would ever buy another Ford. Charles Higgins called me and talk to me. I gave in. I went and looked at a couple of trucks and ran numbers. I told them a payment and they were able to get to it. I was excited to go sign the paperwork and pick up my truck. Mr Higgins met us outside to tell us that detail had damaged our truck while taking it to clean. My heart sunk. They offered me a FX4 with all the extras for the same price as the one I had picked. They didnt have to do that. I was very surprised. We will see how Ford steps up if something happens with this one. More

We completed most paperwork then I brought wife back Saturday morning to finish up We were out of there in a hour. Great dealership. More
