Valet service 62 mile round-trip picked up my vehicle on a Monday had her back to me Thursday morning The estimate was one price I paid significantly less, very pleased with Newton Ford. Joshua was my service writer very attentive gentleman This is what a car dealership supposed to be. And for you techie types out there I’m an old school guy, but I asked AI to rate Central Tennessee Ford dealerships for service Newton was number seven out of 150. That’s why I picked them along with location, It’s pretty doggone good I believe they’ve earned that. I We’ll go back to them again 110% satisfied which is very rare for me in a car dealership. More

I bought a new 2020 Edge ST, my second form Newton Ford. When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warrant When in the process I told the finance guy I wanted the BEST and longest bumper to bumper warranty Ford had and I did NOT want an aftermarket warranty. Now my car in for service I find out that I not only did NOT get a Ford warranty the one I got won't cover my problem. The service has done his best with what he has to deal with but the company has NOT. I then talked to Mike Castro apparently responsible for customer service at their Ford and Nissan dealerships who said he would take care of the problem and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. That tells me everything I need to know about their special customer service. I have now purchased my last 5 vehicles from Ford, there won't be another one and NOTHING from Newton dealerships...... More

Ken Smith was so AWESOME to work with, did not pressure you into anything. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased thru Newton Ford and would highly recommend the staff there.
