Great customer service, great experience! I live in Houston and flew to Tennessee to get my car from Newton Nissan. I was hit by the floods in Houston for the 2nd time this year and contacted I live in Houston and flew to Tennessee to get my car from Newton Nissan. I was hit by the floods in Houston for the 2nd time this year and contacted Brooks just a few days after the flood and he got the ball rolling and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He sent me videos, ran the numbers and took care of everything while I was still in Houston! When I actually made it to the dealership in Shelbyville to pick up my car the process was awesome. Brooks was great to work with, made sure to show me everything about my new car and the process was very simple and enjoyable! I had the chance to meet a lot of the folks working that day and everyone was so warm and inviting!
