Josh Hensel and Bill Tra I recently purchased a new Sentra and I greatly appreciated the great customer service I received from everyone I encounterd. Josh Hensel and Bill Travers took good care of me. I did not feel pressured and all questions were answered. On July 16 my seven year old grandson and I went on the tour of the Nissan plant in Smyrna. That was a most enjoyable trip. He still talks about it. If he gets to go again he wants to sit at the back of the tram so he will have more time to see everything. Upon our return to the dealership I spoke with someone about a vibration I was noticing when I got up to 70 mph. The staff checked the car and kept me informed about what they were checking and doing to my car. I do not remember the names of everyone I spoke with during my multiple visits to the dealership but they were all very professional. This is a combined sales and service review. More

The service department has always taken care of my cars in excellent fashion and a very short waiting time . I would recommend this whole dealership to anyone and I do. Poor service Had a tire fixed that 4 days later went flat and it was still on back left but i also payed for a rotation . Meaning they were not rotated at all. "Fantastic"!!! We started the process back in December 2014 and placed the purchase on hold due to other commitments. When I contacted the Dealership in July 2015 v We started the process back in December 2014 and placed the purchase on hold due to other commitments. When I contacted the Dealership in July 2015 via internet and told them I was finally ready we set-up an appointment for that following Saturday. When my husband and I pulled up the Dealership had the Altima in 2 colors (Storm Blue and Dark Red) waiting on us "cooling down". We took it for a about a 20 minute test drive. I was in LOVE!!! Once I made a decision on the color the rest of the process took about another hour. I drove home that day in MY very first brand NEW Nissan. I am an affiliate of Nissan North America and have had the chance to drive new vehicles but this was MY own Nissan that I did not have to give back!! Thank you to everyone at Newton Nissan South for never pressuring me and always asking if I had any other questions or concerns!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! More

After going to different dealership's Newton was outstanding Because after going to Robert Nissan of Manchester the customer service was no good and was not out to help. Here at Newton customer service was outstanding and work with me as a Veteran to get me in the car that fit my budget and also not having the best credit they also help me with that issue.
