Awesome Experience! We purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima on November 8, 2014. Yesterday (11/24/14) the check tire pressure warning came on. I had to put air in the back pas We purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima on November 8, 2014. Yesterday (11/24/14) the check tire pressure warning came on. I had to put air in the back passenger tire twice. Late yesterday afternoon, I called and spoke with Dale in the service department. He told me to bring it out there in the morning (11/25/14). When I woke up this morning, the tire was completely flat. I called Dale and he came to my house, changed my tire using my spare and then I followed him back to the dealership. They checked the tire but couldn't find anything that would make it keeping going flat...but fixed it, put my spare and everything back in place and had me going in about 45 minutes! I truly appreciate Dale going above and beyond by coming to my house and changing it to my spare! He was truly awesome and I really appreciate his help. I will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience! More
