I was sent a letter buy my salesman to contact the dealership about purchasing a car. i didnt respond for a couple of weeks, i had not decided on trading yet. The more i thought about it, the more it made sense, because of the miles on my car. I called Wylie and set up and appointment. Upon arrival, my sales person met me on the lot and showed me what i was interested in. He had already went through your availablitly and I really liked the way he explained the car and on the test drive. Afterwards, we met in his office and worked out a deal to my approval and set the wheels in motion. Wylie is one of the easiest men to work with, and I do believe he had my benefit in mind while working for me. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and the tgime spent there was minimal. Josh Street and Newton Nissan were excellent in every respect. To order a car from over 200 miles away when I have 2 Nissan dealers within 15 minutes of my house says a lot about the way Josh treated me respect. To order a car from over 200 miles away when I have 2 Nissan dealers within 15 minutes of my house says a lot about the way Josh treated me in terms of respect, keeping me informed, honoring his word and just plain total ease of transaction! I did talk to other dealers and they could not match the deal or, in one case, I just felt plain ignored. Josh contacted me often and made sure that I had the options not just in terms of what was on the car, but also on how we went about the transdaction. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The Staff at Newton Nissan were extremely friendly/helpful/professional from the moment my husband and I walked in and left with a purchased vehicle! The thing I liked the most was that our sales rep, Tim Clark, gave us his honest opinion about every question we asked whether it was the answer we wanted to hear or not - and I am 100% sure none of it was BS! Also, because of my late work hours, I wasn't able to get there until an hour before the dealership closed and I didn't see that being an annoyance to any of the employees there. Great staff, great vehicles! Would definitely recommend anyone I know to visit this dealership! More
