Nick Nicholas Ford is a convenient location located near the center of the city of Inverness. They will pick you up and bring you home or work if you need that service. I don’t do that any longer because i the center of the city of Inverness. They will pick you up and bring you home or work if you need that service. I don’t do that any longer because it seems like they drag their feet to get your car service completed if you drop it off and leave it there. At one time I dropped it off and it was three days and still didn’t fix any issues I was having ( and still am having) with the lighting system. Now, I just wait while they service my vehicle. Because I have a Lincoln MKZ hybrid reserve II,, and Nick Nicholas is an authorized Lincoln service dealer, I take my Lincoln to them. I recently had an oil change there. I’ve also have been having an issue with one headlight flashing after I turn the car off I asked them to check out. . Being an authorized Lincoln repair shop, they should be able to pinpoint issues I’m having with my Lincoln. But every issue I have had regarding some issues with the lighting system, they seem cannot duplicate the issue and they seem clueless about what’s going on. They have never been able to correct the issue. I have with the welcome lights. I recently received a mailing from Nick Nicholas offering me $20 off an oil change and they would not give that to me even though I mentioned it to them as I forgot to bring the mailing with me. I don’t know what is included in the works package, but it shouldn’t be just an oil change. I can get an oil change anywhere. I pay for a quality service facility and I don’t get that. It’s very disappointing. I may have to start going to the dealership in another city to see if I can find a more qualified Lincoln service facility. More
