I’ve been taking my 2022 F150 there for service ever since I bought the vehicle from them brand new three oil changes ago. I noticed my seat was tearing at the stitching and I brought it to the service since I bought the vehicle from them brand new three oil changes ago. I noticed my seat was tearing at the stitching and I brought it to the service right his attention. He told me that the upholstery guy was on vacation and they would address it on the next oil change. The next oil change occurred and still had an excuse for why they could not do anything about it now this time the service writer that had was giving it attention, but decided that it was not gonna be covered under warranty. I have not called the service manager yet to talk to him about it but if they don’t do anything for me, I am not exactly happy. I would like to think that we could put together a seat that would go more than 40,000 miles. More
