My oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly while I waited. The waiting area was clean and cool with adequate Wi-Fi. I have my 2015 Mazda serviced there because of the 101 point inspection. Had an 11 am appointment. Waited through the day, no call, nothing. End of day no one called to say the work was done, in progress... Nothing. Called in the am, work had not been started at all. Tech looked at vehicle, turns out during my initial visit to pick up my new vehicle the tech explaining my option told me I had on board charging. Turns out that was discontinued in 2025 so if your employees knew my vehicle I would never had needed an appointment at all. My experience with your dealership was Extremely disappointing . More
