Excellent support and service provided by Mike Lyman. He was helpful and kind as well as took extra time to explain the work done on my car. Chris Logan from the service department was GREAT. He fully explained how the problem with the AC would be diagnosed, what procedures would be done to correct the problem, and the range of charges I c He fully explained how the problem with the AC would be diagnosed, what procedures would be done to correct the problem, and the range of charges I could anticipate. In addition the time frame from start to finish was clearly indicated, Other routine maintenances were discussed and also done in a timely manner. After the work was completed Chris thoroughly went through pages of the report showing the good things, the no bass and the no uglies. Yeah! He even assisted me in re-selecting my favorite radio stations! Super guy and a pleasure to work with. Another gentleman seated in front of the waiting room helped me with the coffee machine (it wasn’t working). Many thanks to him, too. Even though he said “I don’t even drink coffee.” He has special skills, give him a raise!! More
