He even was able to expedite parts to get my car back to me sooner than expected. My Lyft service was quickly requested - the driver was a little odd, but that doesn't reflect on Niello Audi at all, as that's just the roll of the dice! More

Very smooth procedure for coating for Q5, Tatyana great to work with! Both Tatyana and Erik were very helpful in allowing me to drop off my 2004 Allroad for servicing when I picked up the Q5, and Erik fol to work with! Both Tatyana and Erik were very helpful in allowing me to drop off my 2004 Allroad for servicing when I picked up the Q5, and Erik followed up with servicing details. Personally, I don't think dropping the courtesy driver and substituting with Lyft is a good idea. Lots of reports about unsavory Lyft and Uber drivers. As a single, older female, I do not use Lyft or Uber. I much prefer a vetted driver from the dealership. More
