Dorothy, we appreciate your feedback. We did wish the car was cleaner at time of delivery to your home in Napa. The Rainstorms the first few weeks of January in Northern California certainly were a challenge to deliver a vehicle 75 miles in immaculate condition. I understand you see this as a negative experience, and I apologize for that. Once you reached out to corporate office on January 17th regarding the concerns your mechanic raised, we voluntarily sent someone to pick up the vehicle from your home in Napa on the 20th and was able to provide you with a car to drive to minimize disruption in your day-to-day life. During our conversation, you mentioned our 7-day, 700-mile return policy and, without hesitation, we committed to extending that offer until we had clarity surrounding the mechanical issues. We informed you that we had discovered the issue, but we had a minor challenge: the wrong part was sent to our repair facility. The next day, we had the correct part and committed to providing a road test to make sure we got the repair right. Prior to us being able to fulfill our commitment of repairing the vehicle, you elected to cancel the sale. We initiated the cancellation, including the process that was required per your banks policy. Unfortunately, the required process can take longer than 24hrs to complete. We respected your position, offered solutions, and provided you with additional time to decide if you wanted to keep the vehicle. At Niello BMW, we aim to provide every customer with a 5-star experience and I'm sorry your experience did not match that standard. Your comments regarding communication at the store level will be addressed with our team as we are always looking for areas of improvement. Thank you, Dennis Gingrich, Sales Director

Again today check has not arrived for my 750.00 out if I met expenses to clean exterior and interior of the vehicle as agreed No this was far from satisfactory and I spent endless time emailing and calling the Fulton location office

so despite the car being so dirty that I had to spend money out of my pocket to get detailed. i was told I would be refunded and now sine I posted this review this is the message I got: "Respectfully, canceling a loan isn’t as straight forward as pressing a button. There is the lender, the DMV, and internal processes that must be followed. As far as the bill for the detail, all I have seen is an invoice and nothing that indicated it was paid (maybe I missed it). Secondly, being charged $750 for a detail isn’t reasonable. That’s not to say we weren’t considering your reimbursement request. However, cancelling the sale prior to allowing me an opportunity to just share the findings and offer a way forward seemed counterproductive. For the record, I enjoyed our conversations but it seems you had no trust in me and didn’t appreciate my efforts." So now they got a clean detailed car inside and out that I paid 750.00 for since the paint on the hood was so messed up that I could not even get the car clear wrapped. Despite me having to contact the corporate office since no one would get back to me and I post my experience, honest, detailed account of my experience and i get denied being refunded. I will post pictures of this gross interior of the car. I had the leather conditioned since the leather had so much dirt, seatblets dark colored due to dirt, headliner spots from something that splashed all over it, i did not drive the car for two day while the car detail company came and worked out of my garage. then the car was serviced and the car fax was from 700 miles prior to me purchasing the car so I'm assuming within that 700 miles which was NOT from me is when the error occurred. Small claims here we come.

Response was from administrator D Gingrich who was told I'm going out of state in and in the last two years I had 2 weeks off from nursing school. I work full time as well and he thinks I'm unreasonable for wanting a car I bought to be in good mechanical order. Hands down worst experience ever.
