Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased several luxury cars. I was sold a car that was not at all what I was told it was. Car was not even at the location. I was just showed a pic purchased several luxury cars. I was sold a car that was not at all what I was told it was. Car was not even at the location. I was just showed a picture. Didn’t even find out that it was mild hybrid until my insurance ran the vin. Then when I called them the same day and said that what they did was not ok. They told me they would take the 430i back from me for 47,000 dollars even though they just sold it to me for 62,000 dollars. They said they now consider it used. I know for a fact they would have turned around and sold it as new for the 62,000. The manager even told me the deal is not something he would advise any of his friends or family to take. Yet he is sitting there handing it over to me? They are completely dishonest, they are not informative, and even held my car keys from me making me feel forced to stay on the lot until I bought something. After finally signing they couldn’t even get me the car. I had to take an Uber back and spend my own money to pick up the car. They wouldn’t let me see it till all the docs were signed. No offer to reimburse me except the sales guy offered to give me a free tank of gas if I left a good survey. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! More

Tahir was very professional and personable during the whole trade in process. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I took off one star for the dealership because there were difficulties with the finance depa whole trade in process. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I took off one star for the dealership because there were difficulties with the finance department both times I have worked with Niello. The first time, being overcharged on the agreed down payment that I had to return to the dealership for a refund and the second time an oversight on reporting the payoff to BMW financial services that prompted me to return to the dealership to request a refund for overpayment again. I only took off one star because on both occurrences they quickly remedied the issues. More

Subject: Unfortunate Experience at BMW of Sacramento I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with BMW of Sacramento. My entire interaction with the am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with BMW of Sacramento. My entire interaction with the dealership was tainted by ethical concerns, misinformation, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I drove from San Francisco to Sacramento three times—investing significant time and resources—only to be met with deceptive practices, where the numbers for my deal were constantly changing. This left me feeling manipulated throughout the negotiation process. I had gone the extra mile to special order my BMW, expecting a personalized and seamless experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my car, not only was it not what I had ordered, but I also discovered that the vehicle did not include the technology package I had requested—a critical issue for both my safety and that of my son. To make matters worse, I had already signed the deal without realizing this vital omission. Throughout the process, I spoke with Justin, who acted as if he were the highest authority on the matter. Despite his assurances that everything would be taken care of, his behavior was extremely unprofessional. Not only was he rude and disrespectful—hanging up on me during our conversation—but Paul, the general manager, never contacted me to address my concerns. They have wasted my time completely. I waited four months for my new car, trusting that the dealership would resolve these issues and make things right, only to be treated badly and left with unresolved problems. The repeated instances of changing deal terms, the failure to deliver the correct vehicle configuration, and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff at BMW of Sacramento have left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize any dealings with this dealership to avoid similar disappointments and frustrations. More
