I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Immigrated to Vancouver, Canada where I joined the Canadian Army. I met my American Special Forces Husband of 34yrs on the air force base where I was stationed. I then moved to Sacramento and now live in Shingle Springs!! I have been a Talent Scout for 30years but when COVID struck it changed my career direction. I found the Automotive industry very similar to finding talent and placing them on the right path. Meeting customers and getting to know them is my greatest pleasure and my gift of finding them the right car is such a joy. I have always been an advocate for customers and making sure they have the best experience. I pride myself on making sure every customer feels my integrity, honesty and pure joy when we find them the perfect solution to their needs and wants!!

Tahir was very professional and personable during the whole trade in process. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I took off one star for the dealership because there were difficulties with the finance depa whole trade in process. He definitely deserves 5 stars. I took off one star for the dealership because there were difficulties with the finance department both times I have worked with Niello. The first time, being overcharged on the agreed down payment that I had to return to the dealership for a refund and the second time an oversight on reporting the payoff to BMW financial services that prompted me to return to the dealership to request a refund for overpayment again. I only took off one star because on both occurrences they quickly remedied the issues. More

Purchased over 1 month ago and still trying to get them to fix the windshield, hand over the 2nd key and send me my card left in the trade. i thought Niello was different, but it was typical dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "C dealership experience as you would expect. cheesy, pushy and not great communicators. they also stated the vehicle i purchased was leased by their "CFO" for 9 months. however, when i got the vehicle, 10 different phones were connected to the bluetooth indicating it was obviously not driven by a single leasee, but was more like a loaner, which they lied about after i asked clearly if it was a loaner.
