I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Immigrated to Vancouver, Canada where I joined the Canadian Army. I met my American Special Forces Husband of 34yrs on the air force base where I was stationed. I then moved to Sacramento and now live in Shingle Springs!! I have been a Talent Scout for 30years but when COVID struck it changed my career direction. I found the Automotive industry very similar to finding talent and placing them on the right path. Meeting customers and getting to know them is my greatest pleasure and my gift of finding them the right car is such a joy. I have always been an advocate for customers and making sure they have the best experience. I pride myself on making sure every customer feels my integrity, honesty and pure joy when we find them the perfect solution to their needs and wants!!

You should be proud that these wonderful people as they stand for the proud "Niello" name. They do you and your family great service. I wanted to share their names with you to pass on what assets each of them is to the name Niello. The folks I had contact with were Brian Lonchar, Dalton Richards, Ian Johnson, Andrew Lo, Jacob Reeed and Andrea at the front desk. They are a wonderful team. Kathy and I have been dealing with her indometrial cancer, lymphedema and now frontotemporal dementia.. She's clear of cancer, but having memory, mobility and personality changes. We needed a different vehicle for her to travel in and this wonderful team of kind, caring and very helpful people my our lives better. Hip hip for the Niello name. Very happy working with Diane to replace my BMW that was totaled in an accident. Really enjoyed working with Dalton to help me figure out what to do about my leased X3 at the end of my contract. He showed me multiple options for new cars, laid out the different leases very clearly, and what to do about my leased X3 at the end of my contract. He showed me multiple options for new cars, laid out the different leases very clearly, and by doing so helped me to decide that I wanted to buy out my lease and keep the X3. Dalton has a fun, no pressure energy that I really enjoyed. Niello BMW as a whole could really speed up the whole buying process. From the time I said I wanted to keep my car until I left was over 4.5 hours. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful, but no part of me wants to spend an entire day waiting around to sign papers. More

High pressure and deception. The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead signed me up for financing without my knowledge after I told them I was pre-approved for financing through my bank. They then tried to get me to sign a financing agreement, I refused. I purchased this vehicle though by bank as promised. I was not aware they did this until after my purchase I received a financing denial letter from BMW. Also, I got the around for a month trying to get a second key, and did not receive a tire inflator kit as promised. This was a horrible stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this Dealership. Up Date: David Soto and Shane Weirick, reached out to us to apologize for the way my husband and I were treated and the harassment we felt after informing the salesman and his manager we were pre-approved through Navy Federal Credit Union, they should have made a call for verification, not try to force financing through BMW. David says he will continue to train his team to avoid these issues in the future. David offered to repair the sun roof and rear seat belt and order a tire inflator kit. He also put me in touch with Shane, with a discounted extended warranty. My husband and I appreciate the apology and the willingness to try and make things right. More
