The managers and their colleagues were very efficient at expediting the purchase. I obtained the financial deal I had been seeking with reasonable negotiation in a brief period of time, and drove the car home the next day. I have been driving the car for the past 2 weeks, and it is superb! I would recommend Neillo BMW to anyone seeking a quality automobile at a fair price. Their courtesy and thoughtfulness are top of the line! More
EN-Sacramento I had really bad experiences with my advisor named Jeremy. My car was under warranty but he consistently wanted me to pay for them. All diagnoses and I had really bad experiences with my advisor named Jeremy. My car was under warranty but he consistently wanted me to pay for them. All diagnoses and the propose repairs that he said need to be paid by me. He said the reasons were I used aftermarket part and did installation improperly. I denied noticing him I wanted further diagnose. BMW had to take out the parts to prove his points. 2 days later he came up with different stories. Rain sensor went off, and BMW did installation wrong. Therefore, they would take care of the bill. But the headaches had not been done yet. When I checked out my car, cashier asked me to pay for them again, based on his papers??? ?Another problem with him is honesty. If he said calling you back, rarely he kept that promise. ?Besides, it took too long for the repairs; he explained BMW service protocol has to diagnose-waiting order part- and repair one issue at the time, before move to the next issue. Also, my car did not get wash/clean after they finished the fix. Do not believe that is BMW services. ?This is my second BMW car. The fact is both cars are excellent but second car services are very bad. Never, never come back to this BMW Niello, and never never be in touch with them in anyway. More

False Info by service advisor Service adjustor advised that you had to go under the car to replace a front parking bulb. Charged $25 for bulb. $99 for labor. Love my new Mini Creed was very helpful on the busy Saturday afternoon that we arrived without an appointment. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to approach us but it was due to how busy it was Memorial Day weekend. No fault to Creed there. He let us test drive several vehicles my husband and I both and we made our choice. Creed tried to get a good offer for my 2007 Camry and it was horrible but again no fault to him so we ended up keeping it and will try and sell ourselves. Creed was friendly and very knowledgeable about each of the cars we drove and based on our needs he suggested which models would be best. I went in thinking I'd get a countryman and ended up leaving with a 4 door hard top. That was great customer service on his part. More
