I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Niello Volkswagen and specifically Alexander Hurlimann, the Business Manager. I am extremely disappointed with the way they handled my situation rega Niello Volkswagen and specifically Alexander Hurlimann, the Business Manager. I am extremely disappointed with the way they handled my situation regarding the cancellation of my car warranty, which has been totaled since January 2023. This review aims to shed light on the difficulties and frustrations I encountered throughout this ordeal. From the outset, I found Alexander Hurlimann to be unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite providing clear evidence of my totaled car and the need to cancel the warranty, he seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. Instead of offering assistance, he gave me a hard time and made the cancellation process unnecessarily complicated. Not only did Alexander Hurlimann lack empathy, but he also failed to provide any reasonable explanation for the delays and difficulties I faced. It is deeply concerning that a business manager would exhibit such unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer care. My attempts to communicate with him were met with indifference and excuses, leaving me feeling neglected and disrespected as a customer. Moreover, Niello Volkswagen, as a whole, has displayed a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the matter and seek assistance from other employees or management, I received no meaningful response. This level of apathy towards a customer's legitimate concerns is truly disheartening. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with Niello Volkswagen and their handling of my car warranty cancellation. As a customer, I expected better treatment and a more efficient resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with Alexander Hurlimann and the overall lack of support from the dealership has left me with a bitter taste. Based on this terrible encounter, I strongly caution others against doing business with Niello Volkswagen. Their apparent disregard for customer service and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns make them an unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other options. I sincerely hope that Niello Volkswagen takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same ordeal. More
