Amy Ott really impressed me, I would hire her in a minute to represent any company I owned. I was helping my 86 year old father handle a safety recall on his 2003 Volvo that was not even purchased at Niello to represent any company I owned. I was helping my 86 year old father handle a safety recall on his 2003 Volvo that was not even purchased at Niello. She treated us with just as must respect and service as everyone else there that day, even though there was no charge for the recall service. They even washed the car for free. When we are ready to buy, we will head to Niello. More
