The service from the body shop is not good Hello My name is Pablo Lorenzo Vallarino. I wouldn't recommend Nielsen Chevrolet Dealer. I have a Suburban 2016 LTZ, it's valued $80000. I'm going to Hello My name is Pablo Lorenzo Vallarino. I wouldn't recommend Nielsen Chevrolet Dealer. I have a Suburban 2016 LTZ, it's valued $80000. I'm going to this dealership, to get an estimate to paint few panels, they gave me a price for everything that I need to get done for $3478. They needed 6 days to get it done (what they said), and for this price everything that I needed, it was included (rear left door, right front door, right side front fender, rear bumper, and right side passenger mirror). When I left the car, he changed the version of the job that it was included for this price. The car, it was supposed to be finished in 6 days, it took almost 2 weeks, and when I saw the job done, he didn't paint the mirror, like he was supposed to from the beginning. Horrible job!!!! That's all I have to say. I will give this place for the service one star, and when you think about buying a Chevrolet don't go to this place. More

I final did. Their sales person Deligne Mendez was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Working with the Nielsen team we arrived at the exact payment (lease) I wanted and could afford.
