I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me.

We came here after having a very awful experience at a different chevy dealer. I refused to come in person before having a deal set in place and they had absolutely no issues with this. We came to a deal over the course of a few hours and I showed up later that night to sign documents. We worked with Jorge and I truly could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Everything was so simple and I felt like my time was truly appreciated. We worked with a salesperson named Anthony, who assisted us with a test drive and pricing on a Traverse RS. He explicitly stated he could review our credit for estimates and clearly assured us that NO hard inquiry would be performed. We did not sign any documents. We did not authorize any credit applications. Despite this, our credit was run multiple times across different financial institutions without our knowledge or consent, resulting in unauthorized hard inquiries on our credit reports. We are now receiving unsolicited emails about “limited-time offers” that we never requested. This is not only misleading but raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer protection laws and proper authorization procedures. Consumers should be aware: do not rely on verbal assurances at this dealership. Do not allow any credit-related discussion without clear, written consent and full transparency. The car was listed at $23,994, but the out-the-door price was over $30,000. That is a massive jump. A difference of that size completely changes the value of the car and makes the deal unreasonable. Pricing like this is not transparent. I would not recommend this experience.

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
