Not your typical high-pressure car dealership From my initial attempt to locate & purchase a certified pre-owned Chevy Traverse, I was very impressed with the staff at Nielsen Chevy. I went online From my initial attempt to locate & purchase a certified pre-owned Chevy Traverse, I was very impressed with the staff at Nielsen Chevy. I went online to Costco auto buy program, at 9-10 PM , and the following morning I rec'd a call from Jennifer at Nielsen getting the details of what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer called me the next day with an absolutely great Traverse, fully loaded and pristine. I drove 1 1/2 hrs from NY to the dealership and was greeted by Jennifer and Juan Berrios and was very much impressed by their professionalism and friendliness, so much so that I bought the vehicle and drove it home that day. Even the financing deal was exceptional. I never thought I would enjoy a car-buying experience as much as I did.
