Great Experience I traded in my Jeep Wrangler for a new Grand Cherokee. Since I work for a company that gives me a set discount with a set price below dealer invoice, I traded in my Jeep Wrangler for a new Grand Cherokee. Since I work for a company that gives me a set discount with a set price below dealer invoice, the only thing to negotiate was the value of my Wrangler. I visited and called 5 dealers in the area. I called Neilsen, and I was put in touch with Frank Formica. Frank was the last dealer that I spoke with, and I felt very comfortable with him from the start. I told him about my car, told him what the other guys were offering, and he told me that he would beat them (upon inspection, of course). And, he did. Frank was professional, not pushy, didn't try to sneak anything past me. The team at Neilsen even fed me hot dogs and hamburgers. I left with a new grill and I drove my Grand Cherokee off the lot the same day as well. Frank now has a lifelong customer, and I'll gladly send friends and co-workers to him in the future. More
