As a SRT enthusiast you can imagine how this rubbed me the wrong way. I came into Nielsen with no appointment and Jim helped me no problem and had the service manager take pictures right away to get the warranty process going. A short time after that the problem I was trying to have fixed for months was finally fixed. I will be using Nielsen for all my future servicing as they seem to understand the SRT and the culture behind it. More
