I had an appointment today for diagnostic testing for my 2013 Jeep grand Cherokee. Joe Janzen was my service advisor. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable in what might be wrong with my car. He explained to me in detail and the problem with my car and how it works. After the testing was done, he suggested that I return to my local mechanic who did the previous repair, to see what is covered under thier warranty. I felt comfortable and trusted Joe in is advice and expertise. I hope to have Joe again as my service advisor and because of him, I think I’ll be returning to the dealership for my repairs. More
