Personable and Pleasant Car buying Experience August 2016 We have purchased two vehicles from Nielsen Dodge, a 2013 Town and Country and just recently in August a 2017 Pacifica. We are very pleased with both purchases and had a personable and pleasant experience each time. We recommend Sales Rep Joclyn MacEvoy who was very helpful and honest in terms of working within our budget. Joclyn did her work and kept us within our budget and made our purchase smooth and affordable. For me buying a car is like getting your teeth pulled, so to come into a dealership and walk away with a great car for a good price is rare and I am thankful to Joclyn for making us feel welcome and our car buying experience a good one!. About a week or so after driving away with our new car, I noticed that the sliding doors were making a scratching noise when they opened. When I went to the dealership to pick up my plates I told Joclyn about it and she drove it over to the service dept to have it checked out. In short, I had to schedule an appt to have the techs apply something to each of the doors which resolved the issue. The car was taken care of within about an 1.5 hours - covered under warranty, so my daughters and I waited in the service area waiting room which was comfortable and acccommodating for me and my daughters. Overall purchasing our Pacifica was a pleasant experience and highly recommended Nielsen. Thank you Joclyn, appreciate your friendly service, honesty and great attitude !! More
