Nielsen ford service is a abject failure , Caitlin Quinn / Joe Fatt , total amateurs, Ben lied to multiple times by Quinn ,Ben told on 2 different appointments she says I got 2 technician, another time I / Joe Fatt , total amateurs, Ben lied to multiple times by Quinn ,Ben told on 2 different appointments she says I got 2 technician, another time I got 3 technician, that's my problem as a customer??? As a customer i think not ,well Joe Fatt service manager says it is my problem , hmmmm , that's a blatant amateur service manager, I tell Fatt the manager this , Fatt the manager says the only way there's 2 employees would be on a Saturday, hmmm never Ben thete on a Saturday.... so I have warranty work done there at Nielsen Ford a arduous task for Nielsen Ford , from initial diagnosis till actual service appointments is weeks , then I had to call Quinn and of course Quinn says partys just showed up.... yeah ok sure just as I call sure.so car gets serviced taking 3 full days instead of the 2 I was told, as per the usual here, picked up truck ,next day try to leave to go to work literally gas pumping out in my garage and freshly resurfaced driveway not a drip drip , GALLONS of gas all over , I bring this to service manager Fatt , he could care less , so much to the point the guy laughed on the phone , pure incompetence, ive left correspondence with Eric Nielsen, no response, I guess incompetence and zero customer service starts directly at the top with the Nielsen dealerships , these guys got more tales than Walt Disney.
