I needed a special deal considering I was about to be over my miles on my current lease and he went right to work with his magic. He got me the most amazing deal. Not only did he hit my price point but he also searched for my perfect car. Frankie and the team went out of their way to find me the exact car I wanted and when it arrived I couldn't have been happier. It is the most beautiful car I ever owned and runs great! Will Buy From Again At the end of July 2017 I put down a deposit and placed an order for a 2018 F150 through Magarino Ford. My original salesman at Magarino told me I s At the end of July 2017 I put down a deposit and placed an order for a 2018 F150 through Magarino Ford. My original salesman at Magarino told me I should expect to see the vehicle in about 8 - 10 weeks. Time went by and I had not heard back, so I called Magarino to get an update, to my surprise my original salesman was no longer employed and Magarino Ford had ceased to exist, apparently the dealership had changed hands and had become Nielson Ford. I was put in the hands of Frankie "I", Frankie "I" had been with Magarino and stayed on with Nielson when they took over. I explained the circumstances to Frankie "I" and he actually remembered my wife and I and we remembered him as well. That being said, Nielson Ford initially had no record of our transaction. Frankie "I" asked for a day to research the deal. Frankie called me back later the same day, Frankie "I" had found our contract and tracked our truck. Frankie told us the new truck was inbound on a train in PA, he went on to notify us when it arrived in Newark and when to expect it at the Dealership Lot. The truck showed up when Frankie "I" said it would and we closed the deal that day. Frankie "I" is a stand up guy and did what he said he would do. Frankie "I" definitely has a big personality and that might catch you a little bit off guard but his heart is just as big which is a good thing and a rarity in the world of car sales. I purchase a new truck every three years and I'll be looking up Frankie "I" at Nielson when the time comes again. Thank You Frankie "I" for your professionalism and for doing things the right way! What you should do is lay down and let Frankie the salesman try to strong arm you into leaving a 500$ deposit and finish the credit application when I explained over and over I didn’t want to run my credit if they didn’t see a deal working out, being I am trying to fix my credit. Experience was tolerable until the salesman yelled out in front of customers and the staff in the building that” I didn’t have any money, so what are you giving me a hard time for”. Oh yeah then 20 min after that the salesman had the nerve to call me and ask me to come back and finish the credit app. And then he says “ things got crazy it wasn’t only my fault, but you know if I don’t sell I don’t eat.” By the looks of the reviews I regret not listening to them when I saw them myself. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life, let alone the most embarrassing one. And remember Frankie i at your service ! More
