My first encounter with Nimnicht Buick GMC was with Steve Elliott in the Service Department while dropping off my fiancés vehicle back in 2013 for an oil change and tire rotation. As her fiancé, I really wanted to insure that she was being taken care of and not being taken advantage of. After meeting Steve, I knew she was getting her vehicle serviced at the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable dealer in Jacksonville. She has been getting her GMC Terrain serviced there, since 2011, and always swore they are the best at what they do. So, when I decided to get a newer vehicle I automatically decided to begin my shopping with Nimnicht Buick GMC. I'm very happy I did because their attention to my requests were courteous, respectful, and with absolutely no hassle at all. After a visit on Friday after work, and a trip back to the dealership on Saturday morning, we drove home in our 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD. We spent 2 days finding my car my fault not his even taking so much of his time he was always patient with me.when we test drove the gorgeous winterberry preffered 2 model he listened and observed the problems i had with the interior color and the inability on my part to see the technology and the controls. When I had to leave because daylight was running out on my part he took the time to find another preffered 2 with a shale interior for me to look at the next day not as pretty as a blue would have been or the red but still not the right contrast for my eye sight.when I fell hard for the white summit he and his manager made sure I could afford it. When once again I had to leave because nightfall was upon us he was instrumental in getting me through the paperwork stage.when I came back again he spent plenty of time showing me and walking me through the set up of my Buick,android auto,on star, nd Sirus xm. Then again we went through all the car can do made sure I could find everything on the steering column had me try out the functions and finely we got back to making my first blue tooth call we set up all my favorite radio stations and we did a remote start up of my encore.with all the time I required he was professional courteous and never made me feel that I was taking to much of his time for that I am grateful and I have a new Buick encore in my garage that I keep going out to look at. I still have a hard time with the I have a new car and it's so nice and pretty that I feel really grateful to Christian that I do have a pretty;safe;new car in my garage. More
