Our salesman, Derrick, was extremely pleasant, helpf Most pleasant experience at a dealership purchasing a new vehicle in our 25 years of buying cars. Our salesman, Derrick, was extremely pleasant, helpful, and not pushy. I respect and appreciate immensely that if Derrick didn’t know the answer to a question, he said he didn’t know but would find out. He promptly got me the answers to the questions I had vs just telling me what I may like to hear just to seal a deal. Curtis assisted with vehicle delivery and was amazing; he has a wonderful personality. Doug, finance, was entirely too pushy on trying to sell me the extended warranty; even after I said no. I wanted the details “fine print” on coverage which couldn’t be provided, so I declined. He wasn’t taking no for an answer until my husband had to say, ”I believe she said no.” I absolutely felt there was value in the warranty and would have purchased something, but not without being allowed to see the actual coverage for which I’d be paying 100s more per month. I also didn’t like hearing about additional fees that were added to my literal “hand shake” agreed upon price with John Voight once I was in Doug’s office. A customer’s out-the-door price should be in the back office what was agreed upon with a hand shake in the show room. More
