Honesty and integrity are paramount and I cannot recommend Russ Aldridge as a sales associate highly enough. I have sent several of my friends to Russ and all have been as impressed as I. About a year ago my father (at 94) was finally suggesting that he may be ready to give up his car. Trent arranged to have the paperwork completed by my father with assurance that if he chose not to follow through the papers would be shredded. Several weeks after the paperwork was completed my father decided that it really was a good idea to give up his car. Russ came down, visited with my father for a bit and then took the car and a check arrived shortly in the mail. These two (Russ and Trent) helped create a seamless way to get something done that my family had felt was needed. I cannot say enough about the fair way I have been treated and appreciate the honesty of these two. I highly recommend anyone looking for the product this dealership offers to introduce themselves to Russ Aldridge. More

My experience at Nimnight Buick GMC My wife and I was out to question this dealer ship on some vehicles. Asking for one salesperson that my wife had talked too on the phone. After leaving our car this salesperson started walking toward us. In my mind I was turned off, because we were not given a chance to voice our choice which is a turn off for me. The person that came up to us just blew our mine with the way he carried himself, like I said early we wanted answers. Good cop, bad cop I recently purchased a used vehicle utilizing Cristian as the sales associate. Cristian was friendly and performed every task asked of him efficiently I recently purchased a used vehicle utilizing Cristian as the sales associate. Cristian was friendly and performed every task asked of him efficiently. He was even so kind to purchase a snack for my children out of his own pocket. The pleasant experience was halted, however, when dealing with the sales manager. His attitude and demeanor was the opposite of Cristian's. After he called the GM to discuss whether a deal could be made, his presence at the negotiations ceased. Even after a deal was reached and a vehicle was purchased, he was not to be seen again. After negotiating with a man and spending $30k in his dealership, a handshake and congratulations I believe would be in order. Although Cristian was customer driven, the sales manager left a bad taste about the experience and the dealership as a whole. More
