Great car buying experience at Nimnicht Buick/GMC! My wife and I stopped in to Nimnicht Buick/GMC on 07/14/2016 to shop for a new car for my wife. We initially were interested in a used GMC Terrain but My wife and I stopped in to Nimnicht Buick/GMC on 07/14/2016 to shop for a new car for my wife. We initially were interested in a used GMC Terrain but were unable to find one that fit our needs. Our salesman Ray Carter was very patient with us and made recommendations on similar vehicles for us to consider. Ray wasn't pushy at all and was very courteous. He showed us 4-5 other SUV's that they had on the lot and my wife ended up falling in love with a Certified Preowned 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT. The customer service that we got at Nimnicht Buick/GMC was superb and we were pleased with our buying experience and our new vehicle! We also worked with the Sales Manager Jason Basalay who sat down with us when we had some confusion about our sales contract and he explained everything to us and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy customers!
