We've lived here in Jacksonville for just over 7 years and had heard and seen a lot of Nimnicht ads over the years (television, radio and newspaper), so we decided to give them a chance - and boy, they did not disappoint. We actually had a very enjoyable experience! At a car dealership looking for a car to buy!! Unheard of. It was all because of the marvelous and kind Salesperson that assisted us . His name is James Jones. From the moment that he greeted us outside as we arrived, we had a really nice and stress-free time..thanks to Mr. Jones. He's a definite asset to the company. Honest, friendly, not pushey at all. We were pleasantly surprised - and, we got a great deal on a fantastic SUV! It was no debate that I wanted another Encore after rescue stated how lucky I was and that the Encore held up very well in the accident.
