My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Nimnicht Buick GMC Jacksonville both yesterday (5.29.2016) and again today when we went back to pick up the used car we'd purchased. We've lived here in Jacksonville for just over 7 years and had heard and seen a lot of Nimnicht ads over the years (television, radio and newspaper), so we decided to give them a chance - and boy, they did not disappoint. We actually had a very enjoyable experience! At a car dealership looking for a car to buy!! Unheard of. It was all because of the marvelous and kind Salesperson that assisted us . His name is James Jones. From the moment that he greeted us outside as we arrived, we had a really nice and stress-free time..thanks to Mr. Jones. He's a definite asset to the company. Honest, friendly, not pushey at all. We were pleasantly surprised - and, we got a great deal on a fantastic SUV! We had such a nice experience that we gave Mr. Jones a greeting card when our transaction with him was finished this afternoon-and a few hugs. It was no debate that I wanted another Encore after rescue stated how lucky I was and that the Encore held up very well in the accident.
