We apparently did have some bad communication on the Terrain you were called about, in fact it was here but it was brought in as a dealer transfer for a previous customer. The Terrain was sold and the manger working that day was not aware of this. Looking in the computer it showed available when it was a sold unit. Bad excuse but never the less it is the truth. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. "
