Ty Richmond was by far the best to swing a deal in the right direction. I walked in with a mindset of not purchasing a vehicle because my trade-in was undervalued from what I owed on it. Ty was able to get my vehicle valued at paid off which put me in the attitude to buy. The truck I was looking at had a noticeable gouge in the front; I told Ty that I did not want the truck for the amount of money I was going to invest. Ty was able to work in the deal at no charge to me to get the damage fixed. I brought the truck in two days later to drop it off to get fixed and Ty was able to put me in a loaner, courtesy of NIMNICHT GMC. Two more days later I was able to pick up my truck, not only astonished by how there were no signs of the previous damage, but also the truck was detailed to what appeared to look like day one off of the assembly line. I never expected to buy a truck in this time of economy, but Ty made the deal work in my best interest. Definitely recommend using this dealership and giving Ty Richmond a visit. More
