2017 Traverse Pre-owned Certified I decided to do some internet car hunting one night the next morning I received several calls from various dealers. John Vayo got my attention becaus I decided to do some internet car hunting one night the next morning I received several calls from various dealers. John Vayo got my attention because he sent me a video message introducing himself and telling me about this 2017 Traverse. Then John being the innovation salesperson that he is sent me a video of the vehicle. His videos are how he earned my business. I hadn't planned on going to view vehicles until Wednesday but the video of the Traverse motivated me to go out and see it. I met with John that day and drove home in the Traverse.
