Worst Dealership I've Ever Experience This dealership sold me a 2017 Chevy Spark in November with the incorrect VIn number. The Vin number actually belonged to another person's car and to this day, 7 months later they still have not rectified the problem. I am driving around the city with a dealership tag, my insurance on this vehicle is still incorrect because the insurance seems to think I am trying to get over on them and the people at this dealership are incompetent. They are forcing me to involve a lawyer because it's been one issue after the next. Because of their malice, the bank financing the loan is trying to charge additional moneys due their negligence. The worst experience ever, and it's still not over! A very disgruntle customer and sick and tired of dealing with this dealership. More

Most people would've given up after the first day unlike Zack. He was loyal to me and honest. He had faith and didn't give up on me and that speaks mountains. He even helped me shop Insurance companies to get a better rate so that my total cost with owning this vehicle would be minimal. Then came the surprise, shown a different truck ,because the one I dealed for was sold. That's o.k. I said I would the different one . After 3 hrs I was met in the parking lot by the finance mgr and told that they could not approve my loan as I was told , but they would give gas to drive back. SHOVE IT ---. Long quiet ride home with a disappointed little boy . THANKS !!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. More

I had previously visited two other competing lots on the same street, and because I biked up, no one even came out of the dealerships to see if I needed any help. Ray walked up to talk to me within a very reasonable time, immediately offered me some cold water to drink (as it was very hot and I had rode my bike in), and Ray got me the car I need at this point in my life. After deciding which car I would like to purchase, Ray hooked me up the Matt Donnelly in the business office, and Matt researched & acquired a loan at an interest rate that surprised me. Matt was very pleasant to work with and also got the best options for my car possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray and Matt to someone looking for a car, and when I need to purchase another vehicle, I will return to Nimnicht Chevy and Ray due to the manner in which I was treated. WHERE DO I BEGIN!!?? I PURCHASED A CHEVY CRUZE 2017 IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR FROM RIVERSIDE CHEVROLET. MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABBBBBBSOOOOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! UNFORTUNATELY, I TOTALLED MY VEHICLED ON FEB 26TH, WHICH PUT ME IN THE MARKET FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GO BACK TO RIVERSIDE WAS BECUASE THE SPEED OF MY TITLE WORK AFTER MY ACCIDENT, AND I WAS SCARED IT WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. TO TOP IT ALL OFF...WHEN I FINALLY DECIDED TO GET THE LIGHT BLUE CHEVY CRUZE, I HAD TO MEET WITH THE MOST NASTIEST, STUCK UP, CONCIETED, xxxxxxx I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!! HE FROWNED AT ME THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME HE EXPLAINED THE DEAL TO ME. HE TALKED DOWN ON ME LIKE I WAS THE DIRT ON THE GROUND OR LIKE I WAS WELL BENEATH HIM. DURING THE SIGNING, I TOLD THIS xxxxx THAT I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN NUMEROUS PLACES! I TOLD HIM I ONLY WANTED MY CREDIT SENT TO GM FIANANCIAL BECAUSE I KNEW THEY WOULD DEFINITELY APPROVE IT DUE TO MY LAST SUCCESSFUL CAR LOAN THAT WAS PAID IN FULL. HE THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR SO MANY YEARS AND THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT THEY DEAL WITH!! I ALMOST LEFT OUT OF THERE IN TEARS. I EVEN TOLD THE SALES PERSON HOW RUDE HE WAS AND SHE HERSELF SAID HE ALWAYS ACTS THAT WAY! OVER THE NEXT THREE WEEKSI WAITED ON A WELCOME CALL FROM GM, BUT NEVER RECIEVED ONE. THERE WAS SOOOOOOO MUCH BACK AND FORTH ABOUT PROOF OF INCOME AND MORE DOCUMENTS BEING NEEDED!!! I SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT I DID NOT WANT ANY STRESS ABOUT PAPERWORK FROM THE BEGINNING!!! I HAD NOTHING BUT STRESS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! THEN I STATRED TO RECIEVE DENIAL LETTERS FROM OTHER CREDIT COMPANIED BESIDES THE COMPANY I SPECIFICALLLLLYYYYY!!! SAID I WANTED MY CREDIT SENT TO!!!! THEN I STARTED TEXTING AND CALLING MR JOHN FARLEY AND MY SALESPERSON ABOUT THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING WITH THE LEMON OF A VEHICLE A FEW DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED IT AND THEY TOLD ME....LET'S WORRY ABOUT THE LOAN FIRST!! HA! LUDACRUS! I KEPT ON COMPLAINING ABOUT THE CAR AND I STILL DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. THE END OF APRIL I HAD FINALLY HAD IT!!! I CALLED GM FIANANCIAL AND THE DEALERSHIP BACK TO BACK IN REGARDS TO MY LOAN SEVERAL TIMES!!! GM BLUNTLY TOLD ME THAT NOTHING WAS NEVERRRRRRRRRRR SENT TO THEM AND THERE WAS DEFINITELY NOTHING IN THEIR SYSTEM. AT THIS MOMENT I WAS FURIOUS. WHEN I CALLED NIMNICHT, THEY TRIED TO SWEEP THEIR MESS UPS UNDER A RUG AND MAKE ME SOUND DUMB! THEY JUST KEPT TELLING LIES AFTER LIES! AFTER COMPLAINING NON STOP ABOUT MY LEMON, I FINALLY DROPPED IT OFF ON A SATURDAY IN APRIL. I KNOW THEY DID NOT INSPECT MY VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY LOOKED AT IT MONDAY AND FINISHED IT EARLY MONDAY!! THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAD WITH THE CAR TAKES WELL OVER A DAY OR 2!!! WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG!! HA!! RIGHT AFTER I LEFT THE CAR STARTED JERKING WHILE I WAS GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY MORE FIGHT IN ME TO CALL NIMNICHT BACK. TODAY IS MAY 24TH 2017.....I PURCHASED THIS CAR MARCH 4TH, 2017!!!! I RECIEVED A CALL FROM GM FIANANCIAL TELLING ME I OWE APRIL AND MAY CAR NOTES!!!! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!!! WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE LEMON TO NIMNICHT...THE RELATIONS MANAGER TOLD ME I WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENTS WHILE THERE WAS NO LOAN!!! I AM NOT PAYING THIS!!!! AT THIS POINT I PLAN TO GO ON EVERY WEBSITE WHERE I CAN WRITE A REVIEW AND I PLAN TO CONTACT A LAW FIRM TOMORROW!!! I AM NOT STOPPING UNTIL EVERYONE IN JACKSONVILLE KNOWS NOT TO GO TO NIMNICHT!!!
