He takes you step by step until you know every inch of the vehicle and gets everything online set up for you too! We met with Don 4 different times. First was an introductory meeting between us as people and the Chevy Colorado. Second was a test drive. Third meeting we placed the order with the factory. Fourth and final, we pick the truck up off the lot and set up the finances. Without a doubt, the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! More

When it came in, he walked us thru the financing, went thru all the operations, the technical details and helped to set up everything so when we left with it, we knew how to operate all the settings and buttons.
