The staff was not pushy or too talkative (for information I don't care to give). We started with one salesman, Josh. But ended up doing business with Chris Martain because Josh was not working on the day we went back to the dealership. We looked around at other dealerships but did not want to buy from anyone else because the staff was so nice (not brainwashed in a routine of sales "words"). I actually found the experience pleasent working with Chris Martain to finish the deal. Even the finance staff was just presenting information on warrenties as FYI, no presure at all to buy. More

Best car buying experience ever! I was recently searching for a new 2015 Tahoe and sent out detailed emails to 10 different dealers in my area to see what kind of price and service I I was recently searching for a new 2015 Tahoe and sent out detailed emails to 10 different dealers in my area to see what kind of price and service I could receive. John Farley at Nimnicht Chevrolet was the first to respond to my inquiry with a vehicle that met my every requirement. He also sent me pictures of the vehicle and a price quote. As his quote was on a LTZ trim and the other dealers quotes were on LT trims, his price was a little over what I wanted to pay. I requested him to send me a quote on a LT trim so that I could equally compare the quotes, but he did not have what I was looking for in stock. However, to my surprise, a day later he emailed me back about lowering the price of the LTZ to see if he could meet my needs. He was able to get the price down to where I wanted it and had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived. There were a few details about the Tahoe that I wanted changed and he was very attentive and handled all of those requests for me. I drove back to Jacksonville, over an hour away from where I live, to allow Nimnicht to add the accessories I wanted and to take care of my other requests. Ryan Johnston, the internet sales manager, was also very helpful and quick to respond if John was unavailable. They made my car buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined! When I decide to purchase a new vehicle again, I will definitely go back to Nimnicht Chevrolet! More
