He walked me through the ENTIRE process including getting in by back seat - calling OnStar to get me all set up. The finance manager John was extremely helpful as well- I had already filled out the paper work with regard to the number of months I planned to finance to fit my budget- but he show me the small difference I would be paying and helped me reduce the # of months financing. He also was patient in going over the warranty information and explained how to get the best bang for my buck with the extended warranty. I must say was even more surprised that David and the Manager have personally contacted me two times to be sure I was happy with my car car or if I had any questions for them. I would recommend them to anyone in the hunt for a vehicle. More

STAY AWAY!!! Bought a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado 3 weeks ago and still no second set of keys. We went there on a Sunday and they ran my credit thru 4 lenders but they were closed so we went back they following Saturday and was told or credit app had been filed. I was assured that it was going right back to the bank that approved us Monday. By the way if they say we need u to fill out another credit app because yours have been filled DONT. I will never go back or send anyone to them More

Service was a little lacking. Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands then came back three hours later. The servicing was complete, but my car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be. This is the third time I have taken it there and it has not been washed either time before. I have had the car for just over a year and the first place finish coating hasn't been redone since that first day. All in all, I do appreciate the level of service I receive there, I just wish that within the three hours that the car was there it could have been serviced like I requested. More

Unethical dealership who are just out for your money Same as the person below me these people scammed me out of my vehicle that I traded in which was brand new as soon as I drove off the lot the tire pre Same as the person below me these people scammed me out of my vehicle that I traded in which was brand new as soon as I drove off the lot the tire pressure light came on and come to find out the underlying issue was the sensors not being "learned" it took me to go past my salesman to get the issue fixed by the second day I told them I just wanted my truck back and they called navy federal while I was trying to get my vehicle and funded the check which meant I was stuck with the bs they gave me which already had 3400 miles on it (they said was a demo and was brand new just because it hadn't had a "owner") which I found out should have been cheaper than the car I wNted (that didn't even have miles on it) but instead they sold it to me for equal price all around this dealership is horrible I have been in contact with navy federal as to black list this company to protect other military members from the same mess that general sales manager Ryan and salesman Steve jobs took me through please try another dealership before this one I am anxiously waiting to hear from the better business bureau about this one and once I get my survey it will be all zeros More

Salesman (Errol) was good. Other aspects fall short I bought a 2006 Chevy cargo van from this dealership. The van was purchased before it had even gone through cleaning and inspection. My invoice refl I bought a 2006 Chevy cargo van from this dealership. The van was purchased before it had even gone through cleaning and inspection. My invoice reflects a $350 service fee that is supposed to cover critical repairs, oil and filter change, as well as a washing. I made the purchase with minimal haggling and agreed to bring the van back for its service. The Tuesday after I bought the van, I brought it in and dropped it off for service. When I picked up the van on the Friday following, I noticed the floors were soaked (rubber flooring, but the fuse box is under the seat!!) to the point of having standing water. No other cleaning had been performed. The oil filter had not been changed. Additionally, an expensive flashlight was removed from the van. I called the service manager. This went to voice mail. I posted a video documenting this "cleaning and servicing" to my Facebook as well as the dealer's page. I got a call back from my salesman (Errol) to find out what was actually going on. I explained the situation to him. Errol investigated and was able to recover the flashlight. I brought the van back in for a final service that needed to be completed. All in all, this dealership is alright. Salesmen do what they have to in order to get and keep a sale. Finances plays the typical game (like telling me it was at a blow out price already...even though they just got the van in the day prior). The service department (for used car intake, which I understand is a different department from regular consumer service) is terrible. The fact that I could not deal with the responsible parties directly made this even more frustrating. I wouldn't avoid this place, but be aware of what you may run into. I want to thank Errol for ensuring that Nimnicht upheld their end of the agreement enough to leave me feeling comfortable with the van. More
