Great at selling you a car but service center sucks!!!! Bought a new ss camaro 2 days later noticed the glove box was messed up and passenger seat was rubbing my console and my rear axle was making a lot of Bought a new ss camaro 2 days later noticed the glove box was messed up and passenger seat was rubbing my console and my rear axle was making a lot of noise took it in for service was given Jack Allen as a service consultation I was told they would look at it the following day and he would call never heard from him so 2 days later I called was told that I was not in the system that someone would call me back in a hour that phone never came called back the next day talked to Jack said he would call me in a hour for a update never got a call back so I had to call 3 more times the following day for jack to have a lady called me back an tell me nothing so I get jack on the phone finally puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone so I had to go to the dealer ship and speak to a service manager to get my car back. So then I was told I would get a call in 2 days to bring the car back to get the seat fixed that was almost two weeks ago no call from jack so I called jack on his cell that he gave to me he gave me a bad attitude when I called and said this is my personal phone he would call me back in 5 mins from his desk and once again he never call that was on Friday its wensday still no call. Jack Allen is a liar and needs to learn some customer service skills I will be taking my car to George Moore Chevy for any future problems because they know how to take care of there customers unlike nimnick sucks and also my glove is messed up again More

He asked what we were interested in and based on our request gave us a tour of this impressive facility. With Kelivn's thorough Explanations of ever car, this process became less intimidating. We were most impressed with Kelvin's honesty and ability to listen to our request. Waiting on the title to finish up another deal I have in the works. Will loose this deal do to the incompetience of Nimnicht Chevrolet. Will never ever buy or recommend this dealership. Scott Garmon, Don Sanders and Mike Deutsch made what had begun as a nightmare into a pleasurable experience. Even though nobody at Nimnicht was going to make any "real" money on this transaction, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. They answered all my questions and gave some very helpful suggestions in specing out my new "Z". Nimnicht is large enough to be able to get the hard to find vehicles and still offers home town service! Great bunch of guys! charles bowen More

Jonathan Schultz and the finance department really helped out by landing me a great APR and making then finance side of the process flow seamlessly. After the finance side of the deal was finished, Mr Farley then introduced me to key members of the Service team that I would be getting in touch with in order to take care of the scheduled maintenance for the vehicle. I will definitely be returning to Nimnicht Chevrolet for my next vehicle, and I have been telling my friends and coworkers about the outstanding service Nimnicht did for me. More
The service department as poor customer service I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is unacceptable though. In January I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to inspect my remote start that was not working. The remote start was an after market product added by the accessory department at the dealership when I bought the vehicle. Yet I had to have an argument with the service personnel after being told there was no remote start on my vehicle. I had contact the accessory department myself to have the remote start repaired. Then I went there today hoping to have a better experience, but to my dismay I did not. After leaving the dealership I discovered the car charger for my cell phone was missing from my center console. When I called back to inquire about it I was told by an employee I don't know what to tell you about that. Absolutely unacceptable for them to open a closed console and remove any item. More
