I brought my vehicle in last week for a 10k mile service. I had made an appointment a week earlier. I waited at the dealership for the service to be done. It was done quickly and an hour and a half lat I had made an appointment a week earlier. I waited at the dealership for the service to be done. The overall experience was first rate, there was no pressure to do more than I expected for this interval service and everyone I dealt with was wonderful. The price charged was reasonable for a dealership. Nimnicht is ok in my book. More

I established a good working relationship with Martha Pena early on after I purchased my 2007 Silverado at Nimnicht. The main reason for this visit was routine service, but I did have a question about some stress fractures in my tonneau cover. Martha immediately, after lokking at the problem, called the Paint & Body shop and within just a few minutes a man from the shop rolled up. We discussed my options ( which weren't many ) and I decided to wait and see. I'll probably have to replace it. Martha has done this before with an electrical issue ( my fault ) when she got me together with the man doing the work to discuss options. I like doing business this way and would recommend her and Nimnicht for sales and service. More

My experience at Nimnicht Cheverolet was awesome. I took my car in for recall of flasher relay. The time that I had to wait was not bad maybe about an hour and half. The employees were friendly. He did, giving a detailed explanation of what needed to be repaired and an estimated cost. Because Saturns are no longer in production, he also explained that it might take extra time to receive needed parts. He gave me weekly updates on the work's progress. It did take a week longer than expected, but Byron kept me updated and apologized for any inconvenience. The total cost was within a few hundred dollars of what was estimated. Byron was always polite and helpful. I am totally satisfied with my experience. More
