The way the salesman Joseph Sposato handled it after I let him know was extremely poor. Also, he never gave me the temporary insurance card for the car even after I went back to have the car serviced. He was reminded 4 times and still has not given it to me!!! This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere . I cannot recommend Nissan City in Port Chester,NY especially the salesman Joe. More
