I heard that same response after buying the first brand new vehicle and was very dissatisfied. The dealership strung me along with more lies and excuses and out of desparation to get a better deal they convinced me by promising thst if I kept my current vehicle for atleadt one year, then two years that they would rectify the damage on that vehicle. Only to get to the second year, more lies and excuses then was told the only way they could make wrong right was to put me in another new vehicle with better financing and etc. That was another big lie that I believed and bought another knew vehicle that ALL of the old bad debt from the first vehicle was carried over into the second vehicle, so they just camouflaged the bad and made it worse with the glam and shine of the new. Now mind you I came with not just an high but an excellent credit score. And the financing was horrible. When I attempted to get the car refinanced through the credit union and other banks I was told because of that large carry over that I would only get financing for the value of the car. So I was once again STUCK with the new vehicle plus an additional 13000 in debt from the first vehicle. Oh by the way their solution down the road was they had a program to lower the debt. But it turned out to be lower the payment and then added another 2 1/2 years to the debt of the car. With anger and frustration I had to blame myself for trusting the lie after lie after lie with this dealership from the sales person to the finance dept to the GM. I sucked it for those 8 years not to mention the other 2 years with the other car. So this has been a 10 years journey with Nissan South of Union City 4080 JONESBORO RD that has been the journey from xxxx ON ELM ST. BUYER BE AWARE!
