Make Sure The Deal Its Closed Before Walking Out!!!! Ok so where do I begin, August 21, 2018 went to this dealer ship to have an oil change to our pick up truck, however I decided to go ahead and see if Ok so where do I begin, August 21, 2018 went to this dealer ship to have an oil change to our pick up truck, however I decided to go ahead and see if I could get another car. Everything was great, all information provide specially when it came to my employer. I explained everything to the sales person Kenny Moore who did an awesome job explaining everything since I did not want to waste anybody's time or mine. Well finally they came to me and said "you were approved" I was happy best feeling ever. Did a test drive, met with the finance person and all paper work was signed, then the delivery of the car and Marcia Hargis went through everything with me all the car functions , great person and at the end she also did a prayer, she's awesome . Well left the dealer with a brand new 2018 Nissan sentra. Three weeks later I received a call from finance stating the bank didn't approved the loan due to my employment even though everything was explained to them from the beginning, never in the process did they said the deal was not closed as of yet,in which they said it was approved and that's why I drove off with my car. They told me I needed a cosigner or the car needs to be return back to the dealer. Well I chose to go ahead and take the car back to the dealer. All I'm saying is please make sure the deal its closed with the bank before you drive off, and avoid an embarrassment after all your friends, family, co-workers see seeing you in the brand new car and congratulating you. Well Nissan South of Morrow thank you for taking another bill of my mind. I'm really disappointed after they had me do a great review on them the date of the purchase. More
