On 2/18/20 I took my 2018 Rogue in for service and got the nicest and most professional care I’ve ever gotten at the service dept. Gerardo Macias wasn’t even the service advisor schedule to do my vehicle the nicest and most professional care I’ve ever gotten at the service dept. Gerardo Macias wasn’t even the service advisor schedule to do my vehicle but he took it on himself to help me in ways I couldn’t imagine. It shows that he wasn’t just working because of what he was getting out of it “pay/commission” but because he has a genuine love for people and a desire to make them happy.
